EUGENE, Ore. – The Alabama track and field program will have 11 past and present student-athletes,in a total of 13 events, participating at the 2023 Toyota USATF Outdoor Championships.
The results from this weekend's meet will determine qualification for the 2023 World Athletics Championships, Aug. 19-27, held in Budapest, as well as the 2023 Pan American Games, Oct. 20 – Nov. 5, held in Santiago, Chile. The top-three athletes in each event will earn a spot on the U.S. World Team.

Sunday, July 9
- Tamara Clark recorded a second-place finish in her 200-meter, semifinal heat (22.02) to advance to the event final
- Shortened her season-best time that was just set in Saturday night's opening round of the event
- Chelsea Igberaese finished 13th in the women's discus (51.46m | 168-10)
- Robert Dunning finished third in his 110-meter hurdle, semifinal heat (13.29) to automatically advance to the event final
- Shelby McEwen finished second in the men's high jump, securing a season-best, 2.26-meter mark (7-5)
- Quanesha Burks took second place in the women's long jump (6.82m | 22-4.50)
- Emmanuel Bor recorded a 15th-place finish in the men's 5,000-meter run (13:39.88)
- Clark returned to the track for her final race of the weekend, clocking a seventh-place finish (22.45) in the women's 200-meter event final
- Dunning returned for the final event of the Championships, finishing seventh in the 110-meter hurdle event final (13.40)
Saturday, July 8
- Caelyn Harris started the third day for Alabama, participating in the women's long jump at the U20 USATF Championships
- Daniel Haugh finished second in themen's hammer throw, securing his season-best, 77.24-meter mark (253-5) on his fifth throw
- In her second event of the meet, Tamara Clark clocked a heat-winning time (22.05) in the first round of the women's 200 meters
- Automatically advanced to Sunday's semifinal
- Robert Dunning ran a heat-winning time of 13.33 in the first round of the men's 110-meter hurdles to automatically advance to Sunday's semifinal
- Khaleb McRae finished eighth (45.50) in the men's 400-meter final
- Chelsea Igberaese took 10th in the women's shot putvia a 17.62-meter mark (57-9.75)
Friday, July 7
- Chris Robinson finished 23rd in the first round of the men's 400-meter hurdles, clocking 53.82
- Tamara Clark clockeda second-place finish in her100-meter, semifinal heat (10.98) to advance toFriday'sevent final
- Shortened her season-best time that was just set in Thursday night's opening round of the event
- Christian Edwards took 12th in the men's triple jump via a 15.11-meter (49-7) mark
- Khaleb McRae ran 45.16 in his400-meter, semifinal heat to qualify for Saturday night's event final
- Clark returned to the track for the final women's event of the day, finishing fourth in the 100-meter final (11.03)
Thursday, July 6
- Tamara Clark opened the meet for Alabama with a heat-winning time (11.02) in the firstround of the 100 meters
- Automatically advanced to Friday's semifinal
- Khaleb McRae finished second in his 400-meter heat (45.53) to automatically advance to Friday's semifinal
