@Xfinity the worst run cable service on earth. Has overcharged me for 4 years. Took a month to admit it. Finally fixed it and immediately a month later is over charging me again. NEVER GET XFINITY

been sitting on the phone with @Xfinity support on hold for nearly 30 minutes now. The agent said he would check to see what was happening and hasn’t come back. he keeps picking up the line and putting back on hold. @comcastcares doesn’t really care.

@shaiyhoward Yeah I got xfinity but I shouldn’t have to pay 100 dollars just for internet.. and paying over 200 plus dollars for cable I hate them they’re crooks. I’m about to turn they **** in very soon and let’s these firesticks go to work

@waymoflydenuu ***** you slipping heavy I got ride of Comcast cable and just kept there internet my nephew put me on this app called wya TV and you get every damn Channel and PPV event and movies that comes out on Friday’s for 20 dollars a month or 70 dollars for 3 months I seen scooby already

Comcast @Xfinity is a piece of S**T. First I tried online because calling customer service is such a frustrating experience. Could not resolve my issue online so I called and after 30 minutes on the phone I got hung up on 2X. Have not been able to speak to a real person.

@comcast @xfiniy @XfinitySupport. You automated systems for customer support is a failure the phone directed me to online which had me do a unit restart then it restarted the system. Then it sent me to the app which did the same thing. Then to a live rep, who did the same thing.
